Terms of Service

By purchasing or using Lemo TV (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Lemo TV provides access to a subscription-based IPTV service including live channels, movies and series. Channel and title counts are approximate and content may be added or removed at any time.

The Service requires a compatible device, an IPTV player and a stable internet connection. You are responsible for your own equipment and connection.

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not resell, share, redistribute or publicly broadcast the Service without a separate reseller agreement.

You must not attempt to copy, record, re-stream, reverse engineer or otherwise misuse the Service. Accounts found in breach may be suspended without refund.

The number of simultaneous streams equals the number of devices in your plan. Sharing your credentials or exceeding the allowed number of connections may result in suspension.

All plans are billed as a single upfront payment for the chosen duration. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be subject to taxes or payment-provider fees where applicable.

Bonus months, where offered, are applied manually after activation.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Stream quality depends on your device, player and connection. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
